Acceptance of Terms:
You must agree to all of the terms and conditions in order to use the WANT® service. The WANT® service is operated by Want® a DBA of CVG-SAB LLC. Wanttt.com and CVG-SAB LLC will be referred to in this agreement as "WANT"®. The term "You" refers to you in your capacity as a user of the WANT® service. Use of WANT® signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
WANT® may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time at its own discretion. If you object to any such modifications, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the WANT® service. Continued use of the WANT® service shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and your agreement to be bound by such changes.
The Service:
The WANT® service enables use to create a collection of Wants using images and data from other websites. Users can share Wants through social media and give one another "Cash Gifts" using PayPal. The Want® service is provide at no charge to the user, however PayPal and other third party charges may apply.
WANT® has the right to terminate or cancel any Cash Gift, at any time, for any reason. WANT® works in conjunction with PayPal. In order to use WANT®, you must comply with all of the Legal Agreements for PayPal Services as listed and described on PayPal's Terms of Service
Your Account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your username and password and providing valid information to WANT®, PayPal and any participating Merchant. WANT® will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to safe guard your information.
Refund Policy:
Refunds must be dealt with via the Merchant and Paypal. The initiation of a refund is sole responsibility.
Limitations Of Liability:
You agree that in no event will WANT® or our officers, employees, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if such parties were advised of, knew of or should have known of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your (or anyone using your account's) use of the WANT® website. WANT® is not responsible for price changes to any product or service, including but not limited to, price changes after a Want® has been added. WANT® is not liable for "Cash Gifts" between users, it is not a resolution center and is not authorized to make or reverse transactions on the behalf of others. PayPal is responsible for dealing with all conflicts that revolve around fraud or loss of funds.
No Resale of Service:
You agree not to resell or make any commercial use of the WANT service without the express consent of WANT®. You may not create bots or other computer generated automatic tools to abuse the WANT® website.
Copyrights & Trademark:
The WANT® logo and other names, logos, icons and marks identifying our products and services are trademarks of WANT® and may not be used without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved to WANT. You may not post, distribute, reproduce or sell in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information that You do not have legal authorization to use.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
You expressly agree that use of the WANT® service and the WANT® website is at your sole risk and that You will be solely responsible for any loss that results from such use. The WANT® service and the WANT® website are provided on an "as is" basis. WANT® expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, any warranty as to the performance of any merchant who might fulfill any event or ship any product or any warranty on the product or service purchased. WANT® makes no warranty that the WANT® service or the WANT® website will meet your requirements, or that the WANT service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. WANT® makes no warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the WANT® service or the WANT® website as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the WANT® service or WANT® website or that defects in the WANT® software will be corrected.
Indemnity:
You hereby agree, at your expense, to indemnify, defend and hold WANT®, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, directors, successors and assigns harmless from and against any loss, cost, damages, liability, and/or expense arising out of or relating to (a) third party claims, actions or allegations of infringement based on information, data or content You submitted in connection with the WANT® service, (b) any fraud or manipulation, or other breach of this agreement, by You, or (c) third party claims, actions or allegations brought against WANT®.
Transaction Data:
You understand and agree that transaction data maybe aggregated and used by WANT® for statistical and analytical reporting and other reasons. Upon full registration as a WANT® member your name will be public.
Links To Third Party Sites:
Any web sites that are accessible from WANT® and that take you out of WANT® are not under our control and we shall not be responsible for your dealings with those websites. We encourage you to read the policies, terms and conditions of any web site that you visit.

Jurisdiction:
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Michigan for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Collection and Use of Personal Information:
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.You must be 13 years or older to create an account and receive email from Want®. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to sign up for Want®.
To create an account on Want®, You need to submit a valid email address, first and last name, birth date, location and password. We may also collect: address, phone number, PayPal credentials, FaceBook credentials, Twitter credentials and any other relevant information. We will use your email address to communicate with You about your account.
We will also use it to communicate with You about the WANT® service in general. You may opt out of receiving emails from us by clicking the Opt-Out link at the bottom of our emails or by changing your Notifications preferences under "Settings" in your account. Email invitation to a Invite friends are controlled by individual Want® members and are not subject to Want® corporate control.
